HOUSE OF KIERAYA LIMITED (“Furlenco”, “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our”), duly registered and incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, operating from 2nd, 3rd & 4th Floor, Krishna Annex, Survey No. 8/12, 9/183, Opp. Central Silk Board Junction, Hosur Road, (Sector-6 HSR Layout), Bangalore, Karnataka, 560 068, India owns and operates the website http://www.furlenco.com along with Furlenco mobile application (collectively “Furlenco Platform”, “Platform”). 

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is applicable to all users of the Furlenco Platform, suppliers, distributors and other third parties who interact with the Company. The user(s) are hereinafter referred to as “You” and/or “Your”. This Policy shall layout the manner in which we collect, store, share and analyse the data collected from You when you access the Furlenco Platform. By accessing / using our Furlenco Platform, You accept this Privacy Policy and agree to be legally bound by the same. You hereby consent to our collection, use, sharing and disclosure of your Personal Information (defined hereinafter) in the manner as described in this Policy. If You use the Furlenco Platform on behalf of someone else, you represent that you are authorised by such individual to (i) accept this Privacy Policy on such individual’s behalf, and (ii) consent on behalf of such individual to our collection, use and disclosure of such individual’s Personal Information in the manner described in this Policy.

Collection of Personal Information :

For availing the Services/Products from or contacting Furlenco, you may have to sign up by giving following personal information such as email address, name, phone number, gender and mailing address. You agree to provide information, which shall be true, correct, up to date and accurate. The information provided by the users could be personally sensitive information (“Personal Information”) and is collected in compliance with the applicable laws for the purpose of verification of identity of the user and ensure due statutory compliances. We do use your contact information to send you offers based on your previous orders and your interests.

Additionally, when You browse through Furlenco Platform, our servers may automatically record certain information which includes but not limited to the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet; the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using; the date and time of your access. The data collected from users are not personally identifiable but are anonymised and de-identified which saved and processed as an aggregate of all the data collected over a period of time used to monitor and analyse the usage of our Platform.

Use and Disclosure of Personal Information Collected:

Furlenco Platform collects and uses your Personal Information to provide you better customer experience and also in the administration of our business. Furlenco Platform may use your Personal Information to administer this service, personalize the Platform services for you; enable your access to and use of website services; publish information about you on Platform; to keep you informed or update you on various products and services available from Platform; send you statements and invoices; collect payments from you; send you marketing communications through WhatsApp, emails or text messages; to send you mails or contact you for various customer satisfaction surveys, market research, promotional activities or in connection with certain transactions; make communications necessary to notify you regarding various security, privacy, and administrative issues; to respond to your queries; send you information that may be of interest to you, share this information with Services/Products made available through the Platform; to respond to any of your legitimate claim, or to address you our reasonable belief, that you are violating the rights of any third party or any of the agreements or policies that govern your use of Platform Services/Products; conduct research and perform analysis in order to measure, maintain, protect, develop and improve our services.

Furlenco may from time to time be required to disclose Personal Information collected from You to our third party service providers who enables us to facilitate the provision of Services/Products on the Furlenco Platform. For instance, we may share your information with third party logistics partner to assist and execute the delivery of the Products you have bought on the Furlenco Platform. By using the Furlenco Platform, you consent to any such disclosure of your Personal Information with third party service providers. We ensure that such third party service providers are bound by reasonable confidentiality obligations and/ or use, maintain and follow generally accepted industry and security standards with respect to such information.

We may also disclose your information when such disclosure is requisitioned under any law or judicial decree or when we, in our sole discretion, deem it necessary in order to protect our rights or the rights of other Users, to prevent harm to persons or property, to fight fraud and credit risk.

We may also disclose or transfer your information to any third party as a part of reorganization or a sale of the assets, division or transfer of a part or whole of us. We shall ensure that third party to which we transfer or sell our assets will have appropriate confidentiality and security measures, at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Policy, to handle your Personal Information. However, please be informed, You shall always have the right to opt-out of any processing of Your personal data post the completion of such asset sale or reorganisation if you do not agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

As of today, Furlenco has no operations in any other country and we do not transfer Personal Information to other countries. However, if any server provider as matter of backup or other general practices may transfer the content to any of the countries in which server provider operates or servers are located to enable the use of the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, You agree to such cross-border transfers of Personal Information and the risk associated with it. Furlenco shall in no way be responsible for the security and protection of any data involved in such cross-border transfers on behalf of the service provider.

Currently, we have partnered with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. Information relating to electronic transactions entered into via the Platform shall be protected by encryption technology. We have partnered with third party payment gateway providers who shall be responsible to process the transactions on Furlenco Platform. Furlenco does not interfere in any manner whatsoever with the payment gateway mechanism and explicitly disclaims any liability that may arise out of or in connection to the transaction being processed by such third party payment gateways. Users be informed, the Platform has no access to the information that You may enter for making the payment through any of the payment gateway listed on our Platform. Your transaction and banking details or other information as may be required for internet banking or other payment instruments is held by our partnered payment gateway service providers. 

By creating a link to a payment gateway, we do not endorse or promote the payment gateway, nor are we liable for any failure of products or services offered by such payment gateway. Such payment gateway may have a privacy policy different from that of Furlenco. 

 

Security :

We safeguard your privacy using known security standards and procedures and comply with applicable privacy laws. Our Platform combines industry-approved physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to ensure that your information is well protected through its life cycle in our infrastructure. Personal Information is hashed or encrypted when it is stored in our infrastructure. Personal Information is decrypted, processed and immediately re-encrypted or discarded when no longer necessary. 

Log Data :

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, incase of an error in the Furlenco Platform we collect data and information (through third party technological tools) on your devices called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device IP address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. 

Children’s Privacy :

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18. In case we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we are be able to take necessary actions.

If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, such changes will be posted on Furlenco Platform so that you are always aware of the latest amendments in this Privacy Policy and please review this Policy periodically. 

About this Privacy Policy :

If you choose to visit our Platform, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. The terms of this Privacy Policy do not govern Personal Information furnished through any means other than the Furlenco Platform. Furlenco has appointed Mr. Sanjeev Kulkarni, as the grievance officer to redress complaints relating to this Privacy Policy. If you have any complaints against Furlenco’s privacy practices, or you apprehend that your privacy is compromised at our Furlenco Platform, please address your complaint/concerns to grievance@furlenco.com . We assure you of proactive measures to address your concerns. All disputes between Furlenco and You in regard to this Privacy Policy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in Bengaluru.
